LIABILITY RELEASE: I, as owner and/or exhibitor of entry, based solely on my own judgment and assessment of my ability, am entering the Pig Trail Custom Bike & Car Show voluntarily and thereby assume all responsibility for loss. I, hereby, agree to hold harmless or responsible, and waive any and all rights to make any law suit or claim against Pig Trail Harley-Davidson, Biker Pros Media and any or all affiliated sponsors, advertisers, officials and employees from all liability, demands, judgments, that may arise from any loss, known or unknown, injury or death to my person, lost, stolen, or damaged property, including, but not limited to, my personal effects, equipment, display(s), exhibit(s), trailer(s), motorcycle(s), and/or vehicle(s), from any cause, resulting from this event whether or not due to my own negligence or conduct or that of any of the above named parties. I also agree to indemnify all of the above parties from any and all liability resulting from the conduct of customers, exhibitors, or any personnel assisting me at The Pig Trail Custom Bike & Car Show. I also agree to reimburse all costs to event organizers for damages resulting from my own negligence.

PUBLICITY, and MARKETING RELEASE: In consideration of this entry, I, as owner or exhibitor, agree to permit Pig Trail Harley-Davidson, and event sponsors, the right to use images and pictures of the entered vehicles for publicity, advertising, and commercial purposes, before, throughout, and following the Custom Bike Show, and do hereby relinquish any rights to photos and/or video taken in connection with this event, and give permission to publish or sell, said materials, with the understanding that all publicity and commercial rights are reserved by Pig Trail Harley-Davidson and event sponsors. In addition I agree to allow Pig Trail Harley-Davidson and Biker Pros Media the right to use my address so I may receive future promotional information from Pig Trail Harley-Davidson and or information about other shows not presented by Pig Trail Harley-Davidson, but furnished by Biker Pros Media.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS AGREEMENT: Pig Trail Harley-Davidson and Pig Trail Custom Bike & Car Show organizers reserve the right to accept or refuse any application for the Custom Bike & Car Show. In addition, show organizers reserve the right to prohibit entry, remove, or disqualify any motorcycle or any exhibitor from the show, who does not abide by the rules and regulations, or in the show organizers opinion is not in the best interest of the show. Custom Bike & Car Show entries removed from the event will not be eligible for trophies and cash awards and may result in forfeiture of entry fees.

Custom Bike & Car Show organizers will have the final ruling in determining the location and show class assignment of the Custom Bike & Car Show entry within the show area. Removal of said bike will not be allowed until the end of the event. Any dispute over the rules will be determined solely by Pig Trail Harley-Davidson and/or Biker Pros Media.

Judging will be conducted by ‘peer review’, topped up by a VIP panel. One voting form will be issued per exhibitor on registration regardless of the number of vehicles entered. Competitors cannot vote for their own vehicle(s).

Correctly completed judging forms must be received back at the Registration Desk by the stated deadline to be included in the voting process. The decision of the judges is final. In the event of a tie on points for any award, the entry having gained the most 1st place votes of the tied entries will be deemed the winner. Pig Trail Harley-Davidson has no involvement with the judging process. All results are final per Biker Pros Media.

ALL bike & car show registration and judging forms, including all paperwork is private and remains the property of Biker Pros and Pig Trail Harley-Davidson.
